For nearly 20 years, Bertrand de Witte is a recruitment specialist in the world of gastronomy, and more particularly in sweet products. As a true benchmark, he has forged a strong expertise in the field.

Passionate about pastry-making, Bertrand began his professional life with a vocational diploma in bakery and pastry-making from renowned artisan pastry-makers trained by MOF and world champion. After years "less in the mess", he decided to go back to school and obtained a bachelor's degree in social sciences, a master's degree in sociology. Alongside a career in recruitment, talent management and executive consulting, he also obtained second, then third masters: in business management, in HR Management, as well as professional certifications in project management and in talent hunting.

At 35, he took up a position as sales and marketing director of a major industrial group in B2B. Four years later, he returned to recruitment, as a "headhunter", but this time on a freelance basis, to serve two worlds he knows well: industry and BVP, whether artisanal or industrial.

Today, Bertrand, our Franco-Belgian hunter explains, "I may be discreet, but you could say I'm an integral part of the bakery-pastry ecosystem, having a direct impact on people's lives."
