Without further ado, discover our next 15 recruitment and strategy consultancy openings in 2023:

1. Île-de-France region

Did you know? Île-de-France is the most dynamic region in terms of employment, with over 500,000 recruitment projects underway; making it the region that will be recruiting the most in 2023.

Already established in Paris, recruitment and strategy consultancy Alphéa Conseil is expanding in the Paris region to be as close as possible to companies and candidates.

Towns such as Melun, Montreuil or Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, represent strategic locations.

2. Rhône-Alpes region

After Île-de-France, the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region is one ofthe most attractive regions in terms of employment.

The proximity is one of the 4 values of our firm Alphéa Conseil. With 3 agencies already established in Lyon, Grenoble and Valence, we are continuing our territorial networking to be as close as possible to our candidates and customers.

To meet the increasing recruitment needs, particularly in Savoie, Haute-Savoie and Drôme, we are planning branch openings this year in Annecy, Chambéry and Montélimar.

3. Grand Aquitaine Region

444,500. This is the number of job offers registered by Pôle Emploi in 2022. To meet this strong demand from companies, three Alphéa Conseil offices are already established in Greater Aquitaine: in Bordeaux, Angoulême and recently La Rochelle.

Two further openings are planned, notably in Biarritz, as a priority target, where the service sector offers many professional opportunities.

From trade to transport, via financial activities or business services, the city of Biarritz has many human-scale structures, which are looking for atypical profiles and offer a variety of career opportunities.

4. Region Bretagne

In 2019, the Alphéa Conseil expands into Brittany with the opening of the Saint-Brieuc to support local companies in their development.

Already well established in the Côtes-d'Armor département, Alphéa Conseil's business is set to strengthen in Finistère with an office in Quimper ideally, and expand to also Brest.

Brittany's second-largest city after Rennes, Brest boasts dynamic and internationally recognized employment sectors, with opportunities to be seized in numerous business sectors: digital, healthcare, banking-insurance...

5. PACA region

Recognized for its ideal living environment, the Mediterranean Rim also offers a dynamic and attractive economic ecosystem.

It's in the dynamic cities of Toulon and Montpellier that Alphéa Conseil's offices are located. On a day-to-day basis, our teams work with a dense network of VSEs and SMEs as well as big names, positioned in strategic sectors such as high-tech industry, agri-food, aerospace...

6. Région Grand Est

Young, innovative and enterprising, the Grand Est region boasts economic sectors and savoir-faire d'excellence, as well as a rich natural, cultural and tourist heritage. All of which contribute to the region's dynamism and strengthen our presence in the area, with Alphéa Conseil firms based in Strasbourg, Nancy, Metz and Colmar.

A 5th opening is in sight in Mulhouse, distinguished for the second year running for its attractiveness in terms of jobs and housing.

7. Haut-de-France region

Alphea Conseil's business is already well established in the Greater North. Following the opening of its historic first office in Lille, the company has opened offices in Arras, Amiens, Caen and from Valenciennes.

To always be as close as possible to our candidates and customers, to meet the needs of companies and support them in their development, a strategic opening is being considered in the Oise department.

8. Burgundy region

The Alphéa Conseil network sets out to conquer Burgundy! Dijon, Beaune, Quetigny, Macon... Burgundy boasts many dynamic and attractive towns, and enjoys an ideal geographical location, between Paris, Lyon and Strasbourg.
