Request for assistance in setting up or taking over a business: ACCRE

The ACCRE is a form of assistance for jobseekers setting up or taking over a business. It consists of an exemption from social charges for one year.

> As of December 1, 2007, the application file for assistance à creating and à taking over a business is déposé at the CFE compétent and no longer at the DDTEFP.

The application for assistance must be submitted no later than the date on which the business start-up (P0 or M0) or takeover (M3A) application is submitted, and no later than 45 days later.

The CFE forwards the application for assistance to the DDTEFP.

The CFE forwards the complete file à to URSSAF, which makes a decision on the granting of this aid within one month.
