Convention 2022 : Alphéa Conseil celebrates its 15th anniversary!

Look back on this day of October 13, 2022, which will remain a historic date for Alphéa Conseil.

A warm welcome at the new Alphéa Conseil headquarters

In July 2022, the Alphéa Conseil network headquarters will move into new premises, located in the heart of the parc d'activités Aquilon on the Plateau de Lautagne in Valence. This major investment is the cornerstone of the Alphea 2030 strategic plan.

Located just off the A7 freeway and on the outskirts of downtown Valence, the new head office benefits from a strategic location, to facilitate access for candidates, customers and network employees.

The Convention 2022 was therefore an opportunity for the network's 100 employees to discover during a morning gourmet brunch, the network's new headquarters, and meet each other, for the most part, for the first time.

And if proximity is one of our strong values with our employees, candidates and customers on a daily basis, it's also a must for our partners! That's why we've chosen to give preference to local providers to make this day unique and showcase the region's activities.

Cap sur 2030: a strategy to match our ambitions

This day gave the founder of the Ludovic D'HOOGHE to look back at the history of Alphéa Conseil and the Alphéa 2030 development strategy, highlighting the ambitions of the network in the coming years:

The day continued withcohesion activities. Challengers at heart, our employees competed in challenges related to our business:

Mime game to test teams' non-verbal communication, quiz on the Alphéa Conseil network's corporate culture, creativity game to mark the company's 15th anniversary, among others...

An intense afternoon of team-building that put our competitive spirit to the test!

Exceptional evening at Château Le Gatelet

To round off this unique day, a Gala evening took place at Château Le Gatelet in Peyrins, a family-run château dating back to the 13th century. Renovated some thirty years ago, today it is a place of unique charm, steeped in history and authenticity.

So it was only natural that we chose thisexceptional venue, which has preserved its old-world soul, to celebrate the 15th anniversary and expansion of the Alphéa Conseil network! Employees were first welcomed around a welcome cocktail, punctuated by a few saxophone tunes, played by DJ Sax.

At the start of the evening, they were able to discover the fresco tracing the histoire d'Alphéa Conseil : Today, the network brings together 12 associate managers who have made Alphéa Conseil their life project, and who develop the network on a daily basis in their respective regions.




The teams were then invited to take a seat at the table to discover the agencies' videos on their vision of the supplément d'âme chez Alphéa Conseil:

After a hearty meal, there followed a fireworks display and a pièce montée befitting our ambitions, to appropriately celebrate the 15 years of a network that never stops growing!

The tone is set for our candidates, our customers and our employees! The 15th anniversary of the Alphéa Conseil network marks the beginning of a new era: that of the network's development over the next few years.

With passion and dedication, we will continue to write the Alphéa Conseil story, together.
