Alphéa Conseil partners the launch of Tiwork.com in France
As we've been doing since our création, we help any good entrepreneurial project, or recruitment 2.0 tool helping candidates à find a job, à launch themselves on the Web Franéais market.
It was in février 2011 that était lancéé un nouveau réseau social professionnel aux Etats-Unis destinaité aux étudiants et chercheurs d'emploi: TiWork.com. This network aims to connect recruiters and candidates with each other.
After a successful launch in the United States - the site gathered more than 1,000 users in its first week - the company decided to develop the French version. TiWork France finally saw the light of day in July 2011, and immediately satisfied players in the employment market.
Contrary to à some networks, TiWork is entirely free for job seekers! Registration provides an unlimitedé networking tool. By filling in their profile optimally, candidates can be "hunted" directly on the platform via a matching algorithm on a space dedicatedédié to companies. Users can also apply for matching jobs without using cover letters or CVs. Their simple profile is all they need (See: 7 Tips for getting recruited on TiWork).
For professionals and companies, TiWork is an innovative and effective tool for promoting their online job offers. The platform also és the centralization of the recruitment process via a database of qualified jobseeker profiles for more efficient recruitment. The site is currently working on a Beta version that will integrate écolleges and universitiesés into the recruitment process. TiWork could offer additional visibilityé to promote programs, training and à ultimately évènements on a dédié space.

TiWork has recently launchedé a featureé allowing you to send your application in one click. In résumé, the « Apply! » button allows job seekers to apply éfor jobs à via their profile on TiWork.
This button gives accessès to information about the candidate so that their file is automatically reviewedé. The recruiter can choose to request further informationéin addition to the TiWork profile. For example, they can use a form that asks a certain number of questions such as « What are your salary expectations? ». He may ask me for additional documents, such as a covering letter or certificates, which will be submitted online. This makes the application similar à to the way you would apply on Monster.
If you're looking for a job on Monster, you'll need to apply online.
One consequence of this direct application system à from TiWork is, of course, the possible elimination of intermediaries, typically traditional job boards. Instead of the candidate sending a CV and the recruiter reçoving it – then vérifying the candidate's profile on the réseaux sociaux before making a décision – it's enough to bypass the first étap, for better or worse.
Is the CV in a difficult position? Only time will tell if TiWork's new recruitment system will markthe end of the traditional CV.
