At the age of 28, Aurore Sellier has become the new managing partner of recruitment firm Alphéa Conseil as of this July 21, 2023. After a master's degree in Human Resources, a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship, and 2 years as a practice manager in recruitment, Aurore Sellier took the plunge and repurchased the Alphéa Conseil practice in Amiens, her home town. "Working in recruitment, I discovered all that Picardy had to offer." What drove her to entrepreneurship was the need to create her project. "I've always had the want to build something from A to Z. And I wanted more responsibility. It was a lot of work: finding premises, creating the customer portfolio, the sales strategy, building a team... We were starting from scratch. It was a challenge."

But Aurore Sellier was well surrounded. "I didn't succeed on my own. I was supported by the brand Alphéa Conseil, Ludovic D'HOOGHE the founder and leader of the network and by Hugues FROMONT, the leader of Le Grand Nord from whom I bought the company. And within the cabinet, my responsible Perrine Étroit who accompanies and supports me on a daily basis. Then, it's this need to be decision-maker on strategy, to be autonomous in the decisions to be made and to have a company that reflects my image, that carries my values and shares them with my employees. What gets me up in the morning is my team."
