The Lille branch celebrates its 4th anniversary: Marion tells us...

Opened in November 2016 by Hugues Fromont, the cabinet de recrutement de Lille celebrates its 4th anniversary this year.
On this occasion, we interviewed Marion Louvet, head of the Lille branch and right-hand man to Hugues Fromont, head of the Nord and Bretagne region.





Marion, can you tell us about the major milestones in the development of the Lille agency?


Having come from the Cambrésis region, Hugues Fromont wanted to open a recruitment firm to offer local managers the best people capable of supporting them in their development. For the first few months, he worked alone, drawing on his personal network.

A winning approach, since in barely a year, the business required hiring one person: me!

For eight months, we worked in pairs: Hugues on business development, and me on recruitment and retaining existing customers. By June 2018, we each had around forty customers to manage.

Today, we are five employees around Hugues at the Lille branch. An achievement we're proud of.



And what are your medium-term projects for your region?


To develop our regional network in the Great North of France, we want to open five more branches by 2025. This will begin very soon with the opening of two new structures: one in Seine-Maritime, the other in the Somme.

These openings are accompanied by recruitments of branch managers and recruitment consultants.

Alphéa Conseil has also just opened a national training center headquartered in Lille, in partnership with Adéos Formations. The aim is to offer our customers a skills upgrade for their employees, whether - or not - they are recruited by Alphéa Conseil.

We welcome trainees from all over France to our new premises in Lille and to our 17 agencies in France and Belgium. We can also welcome you at our partner's offices throughout France.

Accounting, finance, communication... the catalog of our training offerings is very broad and perfectly adapted to the needs of our corporate customers.


Does the Lille branch claim a specificity within the network?


Beyond our customer support, we're particularly keen to follow up our candidates. It's even a great source of pride for us.
We coach them and follow them through the entire recruitment process, from the first phone call to integration into the company.

We call them every month to see how they're doing. We really are the link between the candidate and the company.

For example, we recently recruited a candidate from Montpellier for a position in Lille. Thanks toour national presence, advice and follow-up, he was able to project himself into his new living environment.

We change the lives of our candidates, and that's priceless.




And finally Marion, what advice would you give to a recruiter looking to join the Lille branch?


First and foremost, you need to be passionate about people. For us, supporting our candidates is at the heart of our priorities.
A taste for teamwork is essential. We do an individual job within a collective.

The job of recruiter is exciting, you have to want to listen, understand, and put yourself in other people's shoes. We're here to propose much more than a "simple" employment contract. You have to have this real desire to change people's lives.
