Located in the heart of the city, at the Grand Pavois, this new address was not chosen at random. This entrepreneur at heart is banking on accessibility, and the conviviality of the site to attract candidates and new customers.

All these experiences build character, strengthen intellectual plasticity, stimulate curiosity and open-mindedness.
Managing the family business, as well as other industrial structures for several decades, executive managementin major groups, coaching executives in managing their HR during corporate restructurings... My experiences are many and varied. Their main common point remains the importance of the human factor, underlying each of these activities.
Why did you decide to join the Alphéa Conseil network?

I reached a stage in my professional life where I wanted to also rediscover my Auvergne roots, while capitalizing on my previous skills. Throughout my career, as a executive or high-level manager, I have of course often had the opportunity to recruit employees. But informally.
Passionate about human resources, I decided to go back to school and get a Master's degree in Management. Opening a recruitment agency, especially in my native land, quickly became an obvious choice. From then on, I met with various firms, but it was with Alphéa that I immediately felt like giving it a try.

What really appealed to you about Alphéa Conseil's pitch?
We Auvergnats have a reputation for being serious and "square" in business. And these are qualities I immediately recognized in Alphéa's speech. As proof, they were the only firm to present me with a outlook to 2030. This was really a determining factor for me.

Work environment, missions, colleagues... so we have extremely detailed knowledge of the savoir-faire and savoir-être required for each individual. This form of support intrigued me all the more, as as a former recruiter, no recruitment firm had ever offered me this modus operandi. Most of the time, after a relatively brief appointment, almost all consultants are keen to send out candidate CVs very quickly.
This attitude, which may at first glance reassure companies, anxious to acquire THE right resource, is in reality too quick...How do we know in this case whether the candidate will adhere to the company's values? Will he or she get along with the different people he or she comes into contact with every day? It's impossible.
To do this, you need to exchange with each candidate, even if this means making yourself available on a weekend or late at night, as the future recruit may still be on the job...
And what firm actually does that? That's the "Extra soul of the Alphéa network."

Your agency opened its doors a short time ago. Can you introduce your team?
My wife Florence will take care of all the administrative side and carry out some sourcing actions. I'll also be joined by Antoine, recruitment manager, and Hugo, a work-study student at ESC Clermont, to develop the agency's business. We naturally favor sectors in which we have proven expertise, namely agri-food, industry, retail and accounting firms. However, we're not afraid to step outside these preferred sectors to accompany customers we feel can really help in the recruitment of penurious profiles.
What would you say to a young candidate hesitating to settle in Auvergne?

The Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region boasts over 500,000 industrial jobs. So, in the professional life of a young executive, necessarily integrating mobility, Auvergne can represent a quasi-obligatory passage.
Alongside these major groups, many SMEs are involved in service activities and can offer interesting career opportunities. With motorway and airport access, more than improved in recent years, the Auvergne is also attractive for its quality of life, close to the ski slopes.

Have you set any goals?

I have to create my notoriety locally and I work on it every day by joining, with intelligence and discernment, certain local organizations where I know I'm useful, such as the CPME Auvergne. In addition to my primary activities in recruitment, I aim to particularly develop the training business, and especially management training in Management, Proximity Management, Crisis Management or recruitment, inter or intra-company.
As such, our premises can accommodate groups for training sessions. A whole adventure to write about, and one in which communication, particularly on social networks, now plays an active role!
