Palmarès Les Echos : le savoir-faire reconnu d'Alphea Conseil

The 2024 edition of the Top Recruitment Firms ranking, published by Les Echos in partnership with Statista, is based on a rigorous methodology designed to offer an authentic vision of the recruitment landscape. This exhaustive survey, conducted from May to June each year, brought together thousands of participants, including candidates, clients working in human resources, senior executives, recruitment managers, as well as consultants and employees of recruitment firms.

The companies included in the ranking are carefully divided into two distinct groups. On the one hand, firms with an outstanding four-star score , exceeding the average, and on the other, those standing out with an exceptional five-star score , testifying to well above-average performance. Categories include Executive Search, managerial and specialist recruitment firms, temporary employment agencies, as well as recruitment portals.

To ensure representativeness, an online panel specific to the target groups is selected and interviewed, while consultants and employees of recruitment firms are invited to participate via personalized links. Participants can name the firms of their choice, and semi-automatic data entry makes it easy to answer the open-ended question. Note that consultants or employees of recruitment firms cannot recommend their own firm.

Firms are rated on several criteria, offering a comprehensive assessment of their performance. All recruitment agencies with at least one office in mainland France have the opportunity to be nominated and ranked. As an independent research institute, Statista ensures the confidentiality of personal data, communicating only anonymized evaluations to Les Echos editorial staff.
