A highly developed wine industry in the South of France


The Languedoc-Roussillon region is the world's largest vineyard, covering 226,000 hectares, 200,000 of which are cultivated under the AOC label. With 320 days of sunshine a year, it's the ideal place to grow vines.

A dynamic region: Marseille Premier Port de France


The company SOCAH Distribution, a specialist in tire sales, is moving to the port of Marseille-Fos, to occupy 18,300 m2 of the logistics platform under construction since spring 2020, V.Park Fos 1 on the port of Marseille Fos.
The distributor will set up shop in the second quarter of 2021, in order to consolidate its maritime imports, its national logistics with distribution lead times of 24 to 48 hours throughout France.

product chains and prestigious brands such as grocery with spices and aromatics from Mc Cormick, Cepasco-Spigol..., its fruits and vegetables with Les Crudettes, but also drinks with the famous brand Coca Cola and many more. The predominance of the "fruit & vegetables" sector in the region is linked to the processing of locally-produced agricultural raw materials, with over 50% of orchards and an essential vegetable production basin.
