2011: the year of CADRES

As the year draws to a close, a brief look back at 2010....Despite the gloomy climate, 165,600 managers été recruited, a 15% increase on à 2009. In 2011, according to the latest surveys, companies are regaining confidence and are planning to recruit between 169,000 and 181,000 managers, which corresponds à to an increase of between 3% à 10% compared to à 2010.
This trend is set to continue until 2015....voire même back to the record figures of 2008 (nearly 210è000 hires)
According to études récentes de l’APEC, all sectors are concernedés and all categories of’âges....mêeven if a préférence for profiles with experienceéis emerging. A trend, therefore, for confirmedés, displaying an expérience of more than 5 years, who will constitute halfé of all recruitments. Between 84,000 and 92,000 confirmed managers are expected to be recruited.
As the number of years of experience goes down, the number of hires goes down. According to the most optimistic forecasts, 54,000 young managers with 1 à 5 years’expérience should êbe hiredés. The worst off are young graduates, with less than 1 year’expérience on the books : they are expected to account for less than 1/5 of hires.

The commercial sector is still growing strongly....as evidenced by the number of job offers on the ALPHEA Conseil website (+12% compared to à early 2010). In fact, nearly 40,160,000 sales executives are expected to be recruited nationwide. The service sector can alsoéexpect to achieve an increase of between 3 and 12% ...
Industry is expected to recruit between 26 000 and 28 000 managers this year, up 2 à 10% on à 2010; The research and development sector follows, with preévisions of hiring between 29,000 and 32,000.
