With a background in Communications and Marketing, I initially worked in the field via international purchasing. An exciting and formative profession, which nevertheless didn't bring me the human appeal that ultimately suited me best.

Support, consulting, research, all aspects to which I then dedicated several years of my career, and which enabled me to fulfill myself in the recruitment professions. Humanity, exchange and sharing have been the common threads running through my recruitment assignments, and for me they are the major players in a surefire success!

My own pleasure is going to work, without feeling like I'm working.

And yet, on a daily basis, I accompany projects from all horizons, women and men in the midst of their professional career, so the stakes are no less high! But that's where I feel most at home. At the heart of the stories to be written, and then, later, to be told.

The goal? To further develop recruitment and the vision I associate with it, to expand into any sector, to support and help.

Chez Alphea Conseil, I have the opportunity as Recruitment Firm Director to Valenciennes, to combine all my passions: people, relationships, marketing, the lead, the field. And having worked with other partners in the recruitment sector, this is the first time I've been able to combine all my favorites, in my native and long-supporting town, Valenciennes. And what a pleasure it is to do so!

For 11 years now, I've been exploring every nook and cranny of this pretty town, which enables me to bring to the recruitment firm a certain expertise, and particularly in theIndustry, Logistics, Finance and Accounting sectors.

I always say, to teams, candidates and customers alike: "if you do things with heart and passion, success will be a logical consequence".

So far, it's in this frame of mind that I successfully complete each of the projects entrusted to me on a daily basis in the expansion of the recruitment firm in Valenciennes.
