Your missions

Suite à l'ouverture d'un nouveau laboratoire, nous recherchons pour notre client un/une Poissonnier de laboratoire à pourvoir en CDI !

Vos missions:

Traçabilité
Découpe de poissons/céphalopodes
Conditionnement

The ideal profile

Profil:

Polyvalence
Vous avez une appétence pour la gastronomie.
Maniabilité du couteau
Poste ouvert au débutant mais une première expérience avec du poisson est demandé.

Une formation est prévue avec le meilleur ouvrier de France poissonnier !

Horaire de travail: 6h-13h
Salaire : Smic
Poste à pourvoir pour mi-juillet.
