Operation Officer Benelux H/F

Your missions

• You are responsible for operating trips in the BeNeLux;
• You are making sure that the travelers are receiving unique and personalized travel experiences;
• You are liaising with hoteliers, travel guides, attractions, transfer operators, ...
• You are making any changes/cancellations that are required, resolving any issues that arise efficiently and professionally;
• You are ensuring all travellers are supported during their trip (last-minute changes, emergency calls ...)
• You are planning, managing and organizing events and group operations;

The ideal profile

• You have high standard of written and verbal communication English. Dutch and/or French is a +
• You are passionate about travel
• Experience in high end services or luxury market is a plus
• You are able to manage a wide variety of tasks; 
• You have excellent customer service skills; 
• You are able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines ;
• You are a team player;
• Multitasking, accuracy and thorough are must needed qualities 
• Getting things done and keeping everything tip top organised is what drives you
• You are resourceful, organised, flexible with strong attention to details;
•  You are able to work on your own initiative and take ownership for completing tasks;
• You are striving for excellence
