Training structure and program

Day 1 : (classroom)Module 1: Theory and foundations of the DISC method.
Module 2: DISC profile analysis and complementary tools.
Day 2: (face-to-face)Module 3: Games and practical exercises based on the DISC method.
Module 4: Preparation and facilitation of DISC training sessions.
Day 3: (remote)Module 5: Conflict management and facilitation.
1h - Exam: Module 6: Presentation of DISC animation sessions (remote).

Learning resources

Equipped training room: Use of a room with overhead projector and whiteboard, organized in a "U" layout for theories and "Opposition" for role-play.

Visual and theoretical support: Interactive presentations (via Canva) and theoretical input on the DISC method (profiles, colors, Jung and Marston).

Situational scenarios and role-playing: Real-life case studies, simulations and team games based on DISC to practice profile analysis.

Collaborative work and feedback:Group practical exercises, discussions and collective feedback after each role-play.

Participative facilitation: Each participant leads a mini-session, with exchanges and feedback to encourage active learning.
Assessment methods
1. Eliminatory MCQ:
The MCQ will cover the history of the DISC model, profile types, behavioral colors and principles of application in professional contexts.
2. Written dossier and session moderation:
Written dossier:
Complete return of a Profiljob and a motivational profile. Participants submit their written report prior to session facilitation.
Facilitating the session training session:
Facilitating a 30-minute video training session on the DISC method. Candidates must demonstrate their ability to lead an educational session, explaining DISC concepts in a clear and engaging way.
Trainer profile
The teaching team consists of Rachida Tata, Director of Human Resources for the Alphéa Conseil network and Laura Le Pévédic, Marketing and Communications Director. Responsible for content development, session organization and execution, our trainers will accompany you throughout your training.

Training duration: (22 hours)2 days face-to-face (14 hours), 1 day remote analysis preparation (7 hours) and 1 hour remote exam.
Training times:Schedules range from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no more than 7:00 hours per training day.
Training location:Many sessions available in Valence.
Training fee:€4,990 excl. tax per employee. |
