Vos missions

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (Nl/Fr) to complete our team in Brussels!
Our firm stands out for its unique approach: personalized support for both the company and its candidates. We do recruitment with an extra soul!

For this, your missions are : 

- Prospecting - You develop loyalty in your client portfolio in Belgium and Luxembourg, in order to obtain new missions that you will take on. 
Pushing doors and creating business should not scare you! 

- Customer relationship - You are the ambassador of the firm for each of your clients. 

- Offer visibility - You write and distribute job offers on the various job boards.

- Sourcing - You detect potential profiles via our internal and external tools (database, CV databases, professional social networks, etc.) and make contact. 

- Application processing - You sort the CVs, answer the candidates, conduct telephone, video-conference or face-to-face interviews and write candidate reports.
You are in charge of the recruitment process from A to Z.

A training course will be given to you on your entry. In addition, you will benefit from the supervision and constant coaching of your manager.

Le profil idéal

- You have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or from a Business School ;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment (from A to Z) in a direct approach and with prospection of new clients/assignements ;
- You are fluent in Dutch and French or English ;
- You are willing to be part of a new way of recruiting in a start-up environment ;
- You are at ease with the use of CRM, sourcing tools ; 
- Dynamic and with a great sense of listening, you are curious ;
- You have good interpersonal skills and an excellent capacity for evaluation ;
- Your sense of teamwork and your strong involvement will be the conditions of your success in the exercise of these missions ;
- Perceptive and rigorous, you are imbued with a strong results-oriented culture.
