Your missions
Our client is an international company active in the sale of professional kitchen equipment.
with an annual turnover of more than 60 million Euros and a network of dealers in more than
50 countries.
As their team is expanding, we are looking for an Inside Sales DACH (M/F/X).
• Act as the first point of contact for the customer in order to provide an efficient
and customer-oriented service aiming at maximum customer satisfaction;
• Receive and process orders, requests and questions from customers (at the
counter, by e-mail, web, fax or telephone) in order to meet their needs as quickly
and correctly as possible;
• Carrying out various operations (payment follow-up, organising deliveries, etc.) in
order to best support the processing of customer requests;
• Be in contact with all departments of the organisation in order to respond to
customers' requirements as best as possible;
• Process and manage customer data in order to have up-to-date customer files;
• Follow up on customer files in order to provide optimal administrative support to
sales staff;
• Maintain and develop professional knowledge and technical skills in the field of
customer service in order to maximise and apply them optimally within the
organisation;
• Provide backup for invoicing in order to provide customers with correct invoices;
• Backing up absent colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department.
The ideal profile
•Excellent command of oral and written German;
•Minimum 1 year experience in a similar function;
• Proficiency in another national language (NL or FR)
• Excellent knowledge of oral and written English;
• Moderate knowledge of MS Office;
• Use of an ERP system;
• Ability to be commercially minded and to build up a relationship of trust;
• Ability to listen to the expectations of others and to show empathy;
• Ability to manage stress and to think "solution";
• Ability to organise and manage priorities;
• Ability to work in a team.
