We are looking for a passionate, customer focused and energetic Customer Success Manager who can be our product ambassador and help us expand our customer base and drive growth and customer satisfaction in key markets.

We are a young technology startup dedicated to developing innovating and user centric privacy compliance solutions for businesses with a focus on individual information rights.
Our mission is to bring more transparency in the way companies communicate about their personal data processing activities through user friendly automated compliance tools.

Mission:
- Be our brand ambassador and understand your customer’s pain points ;
- Bring your expertise in the sales & customer life cycle (transforming leads into sales, customer on-boarding, customers support, issue resolution…) ;
- Manage a portfolio of clients, working directly with them throughout their customer lifecycle ;
- Onboard clients and help them fully understand the product and how it can help them achieve their compliance and business goals ;
- Be an expert at building relationships and understanding client's needs as well as being capable to ensure they are using the product to its maximum ability ;
- Taking feedback from clients and developing an understanding based on their feedback on the product ;
- Feedback and liaise with internal teams on ideas for new features or updating existing ones.

Your mission:

As a Sales Executive you will evolve in a rapidly growing industry. You play a key role in helping the company achieve its ambitious objectives.

Yours responsibilities:

- You will keep opening up new opportunities inside the German markets ;

Our client is active on the European Market both in the insurance and reinsurance business.
The Human Resources team is responsible for setting HR strategies in line with overall Corporation strategy and key business priorities. HR supports the business and employees by developing and adopting a range of strategies, expert advice and operational services to ensure that the Corporation gets the best from its employees.

Your role:
Responsible for providing first line support for all HR-related queries and issues, and delivering administrative and transactional HR services in partnership with other functions and third parties where applicable.

·            Responsible for handling and resolving all first-line queries, requests and issues in relation to HR and employment-related policies and processes, escalating to specialists or third parties where necessary; developing and maintaining positive business relationships with service customers and stakeholders through all service interactions
 
·            Responsible for the input and maintenance of employee data to HR systems and transferring data to agreed internal and third-party services, including the issue of payroll and benefits instructions, in accordance with data quality and data security standards; and resolving first-line queries in relation to HR systems and data
 
·            Maintaining and updating HR system back-office data including organisational structures, training catalogues and training course schedules
 
·            Providing accurate and timely employee data and management information to internal customers and third parties, including calculating variable remuneration proposals, ensuring the HR function meets Corporation data quality and data security standards through effective data governance
 
·            Managing benefits election windows and monitoring and handling Insured Benefits Claims, in partnership with third parties
 
·            Uploading and issuing learning event invitations and pre-course materials, and readying training sessions in partnership with internal and third-party services; distributing and collating training feedback forms
 
·            Managing onboarding activities including co-ordinating and conducting HR inductions
 
·            Contributing to continuous service improvement and process improvement design and planning activities and taking responsibility for delivering agreed service improvements
