Working for our client you’ll be hearing about a new Community Investment implementation in London over a good Belgian Beer during our TGIF events. They celebrate every new partnership with the sound of a buzz; whether it’s in Rio, Toronto, Paris or Tokyo.
In addition, they have recently been backed by a Canadian SaaS specialised VC which not only boost their growth but they also open the door to a network of experts. Their new partner provides them with additional financial benefits which helps support their international expansion.

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the spearhead of the company. You will be working with the leads from the growth team, preparing campaigns with marketing but you will also reach out to new prospects and challenge their current status by proposing solutions.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

- Continue to open the European market, drive revenue generation through qualifying and closing new business deals (carry an individual sales quota) ;
- Prospect new potential clients by phone, email or social networks. Understand their needs and challenge their current solution. Demonstrate the ways of how our digital solution will impact your prospect’s operations ;
- Negotiate and close contracts and pricing, become a specialist and networker in the field of Grantmaking, Volunteering and Sponsorship Management ;
- Manage the sales cycle in Europe A to Z and develop the brand ;
- Work closely with other teams (Marketing to boost inbound generation, Customer Success to generate cross sales deals, …)
- Participate in strategic thinking and market analysis


Successfull applicant


- You have sold into large enterprises/organizations in past roles ;
- You have carried an individual quota and hit your targets (or exceeded!) ;
- You have a first B2B technology sales experience ;
- You have experience managing an entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing ;
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must ;
- Familiarity with Sales CRM tools (ie. Hubspot) and other sales tools
- Experience selling into Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Grant Management or Community Investment is an asset, but not required ;
- Scale-up experience is a plus as past experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment ;
- You’re independent, entrepreneurial, hands on, ambitious and have experience in a grass-roots business development role ;

We can only accept candidates with an EEA or Swiss citizenship or with a work permit valid in Belgium
