Project Leader NL/FR - sustainable construction M/W

Notre client est une entreprise de construction générale de classe 8 spécialisée dans les ouvrages de grande taille.
Afin de renforcer son équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d'un deviseur - ingénieur de prix (H/F).

Votre mission:
Etudier les cahiers des charges, calculer et fixer les prix de revient et de vente, établir les offres/soumissions dans les délais impartis afin d'aboutir à une commande.

Vos tâches:

Vous travaillez principalement en amont des chantiers, mais aussi parfois en collaboration avec les gestionnaires de chantiers et/ou les contrôleurs de gestion.

Vos principales tâches sont les suivantes :

·       Préparer le lancement d’un projet en rédigeant un rapport et des fiches d’identification.

·       Coordonner les demandes de métrés et vérifier l'exactitude.

·       Etudier les cahiers de charges.

·       Coordonner les demandes de prix, analyser les offres des sous-traitants et fournisseurs, et négocier le meilleur prix.

·       Proposer et étudier des variantes techniques.

·       Calculer les frais de chantier.

·       Coordonner les études méthodes et plannings et techniques spéciales.

·       Préparer les réunions (lancement, bouclage, transfert vers l’exécution).

·       Coordonner, préparer et suivre le dossier d’offres en vue d'obtenir une commande.

·       Répondre aux demandes des clients.

Today they are looking to reinforce their team and are looking for a Project Leader (Nl/Fr)

Who are you?

On technical level we expect you to follow the on-going meetings with the construction team, with the support of our Head of Execution and of our Wood expert.

There you will collect the much needed information to start planning the projects.
We surely need someone with at least 5 years experience in Prefabrication & LEAN methods, these are the basics for all our projects.
After the planning, you will follow the execution as last part of the job.
