Job Description
Our client is a company specialized in Fashion.
As an Inside Sales Representative you are the beating heart of our organization. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for excellent customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Being a brand ambassador of your region, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads, understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities in close collaboration with the Sales Managers in order to develop new business
- Managing your own customer portfolio, you will increase brand awareness, promote new collections and execute cross – and upselling activities to achieve determinate yearly target
- Participate actively in the expansion of our new customer database by prospecting potential clients in your region according to defined KPI’s
- You will travel to perform new collection presentations, visit customers and meet prospects at the Fairs
Successfull applicant
YOUR PROFILE:
- Working experience in Sales/Inside Sales or similar position; experience in textile and fashion is an asset
- You are fluent in English and German. Any other language is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers and other departments.
- Sales-driven & Customer-oriented
- Resilient and adaptable, especially during peak seasons
