Job Description

Our client is one of the leaders in the invoice-to-cash applications.
Their cloud-based, AI-driven software solutions help automate the simple financial tasks so that you can focus more on your business goals.
Their solutions cover the entire source-to-pay (S2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) cycles, giving you control and collaboration in the areas you need most.

As their activities in the BeNeLux are expanding, we are looking for an Engagement Manager (M/W/X).
This is hybrid position (homeoffice and at clients). Future offices will be based in Gent in 2025-26.

Your main responsibilities:

 - Presales Cycle :
- Make sure there is enough information to move the deal forward;
- Responsible of the Professional Service piece of any draft or finalized proposal;
- Organize and participate to the Go/noGo decision;
- Participate in complex pre-sales activities (recommendations, audit, prototype, demos) managing customer appointments;
- Participate into bids, write and validate the technical part of a proposal;
- Helps sales closing deals, set up prototypes and set up complex demos;
- Business Process Analysis/ Requirements and Process Analysis/Gap analysis;
- Make sure BPA or RPA is conducted in accordance to the methodology. This includes analysis of the current process (main weaknesses/cost), proposed solution and KPI, difference to the standard package, proposed ROI, proposed schedule;
- Present this to the customer: main customer contact.

Implementation :
- Main contact for the customer during the implementation phase;
- Manage the team (Rules Developers, PS ) in charge of developing all tasks of the projects;
- Negotiate any Change Order / Out of scope requirements.
 
Production :
- Stay as the main contact for a 3 months period;
- Responsible for getting the sign off of the customer;
- Responsible for the hand over to Technical Support;
- Identify and initiate additional engagements.
 

 




Successfull applicant


Qualifications and requirements :
- Experience in project management (Min. 5 years) , monitoring a budget and a planning;
- Demonstrated team leadership abilities (consultants);
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service and team spirit;
- Domestic and/or international travel required;
- Fluent in English and in Dutch; French is a plus.
