Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be managing the entire post-sales relationship with all customers, and more than encouraged to improve the processes in place.
Your responsibilities
You are the first point of contact, acting as the friendly face of the company
You manage the entire post-sales relationship with all customers
You will also have a few Marketeer responsibilities as a medium term strategy
You report directly to the CEO and work hand in hand with the Chief Product Officer
You continuously challenge the processes in place in order to improve the customer experience
Successfull applicant
You are results-driven and, obviously, customer-oriented
You have proven experience in analyzing and optimizing ways of working, driven by analytics
You have a can-do attitude and a passion for technology
You are ideally bilingual French-Dutch, but also have a good level of English
