After Toulon in September, Strasbourg and Colmar will be the next cities to welcome Alphéa Conseil agencies, in 2019. For 12 years the firm has been pursuing its development, Alsace, a land of excellence and tradition is the next step, a challenge, taken up with convictions, Thibaut Delfraissy, 34 years old.
Talent always finds its way
From sports college, to recruitment, there are several steps. With a Master 2 degree and a passion for sports, Thibault Delfraissy discovered grande distribution and retail during his end-of-studies internship, and would never leave them for almost 12 years. He would evolve within this sector until he was managing 4 stores and approaching all activities.
"My father told me to find a job where I didn't feel sick to my stomach on Sunday evenings. I followed his advice, and that's been the case since the beginning of my professional experience. I have the same ambition, today, for my candidates."
